Excellent location and the hotel was exceptionally clean with great facilities and a nice lounge/cafe in the lobby. Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly too. They allowed us to check in at 12PM, 3 hours ahead of check-in time. Definitely worth the money!

Spacious room, decent breakfast spread, plenty of activities for children (swimming pool with a waterslide, outdoor and indoor playgrounds, lobby playground, plus a Hugo City playground at IDR 150,000/child + companions). Staff are all very friendly and always make sure our stay is enjoyable. Hotel is old but well taken care of.

spacious room , comfortable bed , very nice , super friendly and efficient staff . a manager who took the time to chat and make sure that everything was ok ! reasonably priced , good breakfast included .

everything was perfect ! in particular the staff were great ! plus good food , spacious room with huge comfortable bed , nice pool ! and management are hands on and run the hotel in a very professional manner

Great staff and services. Great location if you’re heading to Ancol beach or concerts. They also allowed us to check in early (11:30am) and it is just a very nice and modern hotel.

The room, very spacious (premiere). The large TV with many good channels. The shower very good. The food very various & delicious, the resto also has a good service & layout. The lobby was very comfy. Located in Ancol, you can easily go to amusement parks (Sea World, beaches, Dufan, Faunaland, etc.)

The pillows are so confort. Breakfast is very good and many choices.
